What is Glider?

Glider is building the next generation of investing. We’re focused on long-term, diversified portfolios, automated rebalancing, and calm, intelligent UX—bringing the familiarity and safeguards of traditional investing to onchain finance. Our goal is abstract away all of the complexities of DeFi to allow anyone to invest onchain.

What are we hiring for?

As Glider’s Growth Marketer, you will own the strategy and execution behind Glider’s growth across the full customer journey—from awareness and acquisition through activation, pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion.

This is a highly hands-on role for a builder, operator, and experimenter. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Designer and BD to identify the highest-impact growth opportunities, develop experiments, launch campaigns, measure results, and double down on what works.

You won’t simply manage campaigns—you’ll help define how Glider grows.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing at a FinTech, Finance, or DeFi company

• Experience building growth programs for retail finance/trading/investing applications

• Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue through marketing.

• Highly analytical—you naturally think in terms of CAC, conversion, attribution, experiments, and ROI.

• Equally strong creatively—you know how to develop messaging and campaigns that get attention. Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Experience with paid acquisition, SEO/content, email/lifecycle, website optimization, and marketing automation.
